In response to cases of Rabbit Hemorrhagic Fever in British Columbia and Alberta, the Community Liaison Committee (CLC) to the Canadian Science Centre for Human and Animal Health is pleased to bring an information session with Dr. Aruna Ambagala!
The CLC's mission is to provide a connection between the research being done at the Canadian Science Centre for Human and Animal Health and the community to provide relevant information, in this case to the veterinary community. This event is open to anyone who is interested in rabbit health, including:
- those who treat pet rabbits;
- those who treat or consult on the care of rabbits raised for meat;
- those who provide vet care in places where rabbits are sold or traded, such as auction marts; and
- anyone interested in rabbit health in Manitoba!

Unless otherwise specified, event registration refunds are subject to a 25% administrative fee. Each event will have a date beyond which refunds will not be honoured.
By completing purchases with us you agree to have your Credit card and personal information securely stored as part of a payment profile within a 3rd party payment gateway. This securely stored payment profile will be used, when authorized, for automated recurring payments and will allow for easier and faster checkouts. No credit card information is stored within Member365 and all payment data is accessed by way of a secure API. Under no circumstances do we share credit card or personal details.
Who can access the MVMA member portal?
Please note that the MVMA member portal is to be used by members of the MVMA only. Certain workspaces within the member portal will be tailored for and restricted to certain membership types; access to these areas will be determined and approved by MVMA staff. The content that is displayed in your member portal will automatically vary based on your user / membership type.
What can be posted?
To ensure all interactions within the MVMA member portal are safe and friendly, MVMA staff will oversee the member portal activity and will review, edit, and delete any inappropriate content that has been submitted. This includes abusive or offensive language, spam, malicious files, or other disrespectful contact. To help provide a productive environment, please report any offensive or suspicious activity to MVMA staff. Please note that not all user-submitted content is representative of the MVMA, nor does it necessarily represent the views of the MVMA, its staff or members.
